This 2500sq foot executive home offers the rich ambiance of natural wood beams, large picture windows, and comfortable furnishings.

The couch and love seat in the Yellow Cottage provide those who stay in here a place for quiet relaxation away from the busy activities others may want to enjoy in the main house.

The Cottage

The adjacent free-standing cottage is a great love-nest with a comfortable queen bedroom and its own split A/C unit. The living area also can sleep 2 more adults on a queen air-mattress we store in the closet.

The studio to the east has an IKEA Convertible Sofa Bed which can sleep a couple more people when it is opened up.

The Sacramento River is waiting for you to catch some fish. Then you can relax by the pool with your friends. It's 9 feet deep at its deepest point too. No, it's not heated. Only our hot tub is heated.

The river, the mountains, and the town

Always Peaceful sits on the Sacramento River in Anderson, just off I-5 and about ten minutes south of Redding. Anderson River Park, with a public boat ramp and a kids' splash pad, is minutes away. Redding's Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay are a short drive north, Shasta Lake is about 30 minutes away, and Mt Shasta and Lassen Volcanic National Park are each about an hour. Fishing guides can take you out on the river for trout, salmon and steelhead.
